Terms and Conditions
All Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon, and are legally binding. By joining LotzaDollars Partnership program you agree to these terms and conditions. LotzaDollars reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason.
Partner Program: LotzaDollars will pay 50% of every signup and 50% of
recurrent billing for the life of the member. Send us between 50-99
signups per month and we will increase your revenue to 55%, send 100-149
and we will increase it to 60%, send 150 signups or more and we will
increase it to 65%.
Trial Pay Per Signup Program: Lotzadollars will pay $20 per trial signup as long as the affiliate retains a good conversion ratio. If trial memberships do not convert into full memberships the
affiliate will be automatically moved to the revshare program.
Webmaster Referral Program: Referrer a webmaster to use through your link code and get 10% of all their sales! Relatives and employees are not eligible as referrals and any attempt to refer ineligible individuals to the program will result in immediate account termination. Failure to utilize the correct linking codes could result in lost hits and uncounted sign ups. LotzaDollars is not responsible for incorrect linking codes. You may use any linking text or graphic you wish to send traffic. We provide banners that you can use, and you may also use any link or banner of your own devising. Linking from password sites, warez sites, Child Pornography, Beastiality, and SPAM not permitted and all accounts will be terminated and any amounts owed will be voided. Checks are paid every two weeks by Tracking Soft LLC. The minimum amount for payment is $100.00. Any revenue generated that is less than $100.00 will be rolled over to the next pay period. All payments are in US Dollars. US Citizens & Residents are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number on the registration form.
Representations and Warranties
You, as Website Operator, warrant and represent that you own or operate a lawful, and otherwise valid Internet Web site. You further represent that you have the requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations set forth herein and that you are an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age; that performance under this Agreement does not and will not constitute a breach of any existing contract or obligation undertaken by you; and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, decrees, rules or regulations which would preclude you from entering into this Agreement. You shall indemnify LotzaDollar$ and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns against any loss, damage, liability (including reasonable legal fees) which result from the use of any LotzaDollar$ materials not expressly authorized by this Agreement.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
LotzaDollars makes no warranties, either express or implied, with regard to the performance of the link or the content of our Site(s) and CCbill.Com/Paycom expressly disclaims any warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. CCbill.Com/Paycom shall not be held liable to the site Operator or any other person or entity, including users of CCbill.Com/Paycom's services, for any losses, injuries or damages of any kind, arising from or in connection with any mistakes, omissions, delays, errors, interruptions in the transmission or receipt of CCbill.Com/Paycom's services or content. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as to create a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and LotzaDollar$, CCbill.Com, or Paycom. LotazDollar$ or CCBill.com/Paycom reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time without notice.
